Privacy Policy & Data Security

Account data: full name, email address and, where you sign in with Google, the public profile information supplied by that provider.

Usage data: the texts and briefs you submit to the AI engines, the outputs generated, the points consumed and the timestamps of each operation.

Technical data: IP address, browser user agent and session identifiers, collected for security purposes.

Billing data: subscription status and transaction identifiers received from Paddle. We never receive or store your full card number.

We process this data to create and secure your account, operate the AI engines, maintain your operation history, manage your points balance and subscription, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

Processing is based on the performance of the subscription contract, on our legitimate interest in securing the service and preventing abuse, and on your consent where you voluntarily submit content to the AI engines.

We rely on carefully selected providers: Totalum (application hosting and database), OpenAI (language-model processing of your prompts), Paddle (payment processing and invoicing) and Google (optional authentication). These providers act on documented instructions and may not use your data for unrelated purposes.

All traffic is transmitted over encrypted TLS connections. Passwords are stored exclusively as irreversible cryptographic hashes. Access to production data is restricted to authorised operators, and sessions expire automatically.

Account and operation data are retained while your account remains open and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. Deletion requests are honoured subject to those obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to support@marketersphere.com; we respond within thirty (30) days.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the session. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

The platform is not directed at persons under eighteen (18) years of age. Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, it is protected by appropriate contractual safeguards with our providers.
