Terms of Service

"Platform" means the MarketerSphere website, dashboards and application programming interfaces. "Subscriber" means any natural or legal person holding an active account. "Points" means the units of consumption granted with each subscription cycle. "Content" means any text, material or output generated through the Platform.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the registration data you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to be your own.

The Platform provides three artificial-intelligence engines: a competitor landing page auditor, an advertising angle and copy generator, and a short-form video hook and script generator. Outputs are produced by automated language models and are provided as professional assistance, not as a guarantee of commercial results.

The subscription is offered as a single plan at $48 per month, renewed automatically until cancelled. Upon successful payment the account is credited with 600 points for each of the three engines, totalling 1800 points per billing cycle.

One successful generation or analysis consumes exactly one (1) point from the balance of the engine used. Failed operations do not consume points. Points are valid for the billing cycle in which they were granted and are not exchangeable for cash.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as merchant of record. Paddle is responsible for issuing invoices and for collecting and remitting applicable taxes. We do not store your card data at any time.

You undertake not to use the Platform to produce unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, discriminatory or infringing material, nor to generate content that violates the advertising policies of third-party platforms. You further undertake not to resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent the points system or any technical limitation of the service.

The software, interface, trademarks and design of the Platform remain the exclusive property of MarketerSphere. Subject to full payment, you own the Content you generate and may use it for commercial purposes, while remaining solely responsible for reviewing it before publication.

The Platform depends on third-party artificial-intelligence providers and is supplied on an “as available” basis. Temporary interruptions may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit or advertising spend.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent payment activity or abuses the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or through Paddle.

We may amend these Terms and will publish the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance. Any dispute shall be settled amicably where possible; failing that, it shall be governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of the operator.
